Shipping Policy

ORDERS FULFILLMENT
MemmoPrint ®'s policy is to ship either the following or the second working day after an order is received. When there is a large influx of orders, such as immediately following a new product announcement or during big sales events, the shipping may take a few extra days as we catch up.Products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers across the world (U.S, EU, AU) depending on stock availability. If you want to ensure the products will be shipped from a close location to your delivery address, please contact us prior to placing your order. New released products are shipped from the production site. If an order includes one product not in stock in one of our fulfillment center (U.S, EU, AU) the whole order will be shipped from the production site.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
The delivery time frame are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection. We cannot be held responsible for third party delays. 


Delivery time frames for orders shipped from the production site:

U.S - Minimum 6-15 business days to arrive at destination.

Canada, UK, Europe, Oceania, SE Asia - Minimum 6-15 business days to arrive at destination.

Rest of the world - Minimum 6-18 business days to arrive at destination.


WRONG ADDRESS
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee, USD $15.00 with standard shipping or USD $35.00 with express service, in case of incorrect shipping information provided. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having being shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS
We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.

CUSTOMS TAXES
When goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.
If import duties and taxes incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don't pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 3 weeks and after that, if you still haven't paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as additional postage fee for the return. As the goods will be returned to us we will refund your order but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes that your order may have incurred.
