CAN THEY PRINT IN COLORS?

Our MemmoPrint® printers do not have the capability to print in color. They are specifically designed for inkless printing and can only support black color printing on thermal paper rolls. Additionally, we offer a wide range of paper rolls including colored paper, transparent paper, and sticky paper.

WHAT IS THE PRINTER BATTERY LIFETIME?

As per the instructions provided by the merchant, the battery is a Li-ion battery known to have a lifespan of 300-500 charging/discharging cycles. Moreover, the printer is accompanied by a one-year warranty that also covers the battery.

DO THEY NEED INK?

Our MemmoPrint® printers are thermal and do not require ink, ribbon, or thermal transfer ribbon. Simply load the paper rolls in and start printing.

WHAT APP CAN I USE TO PRINT?

You need to download the Phomemo App through which you can print whatever you want.

CAN I SWITCH PAPER ROLLS ANYTIME?

Yes, you have the option to easily substitute the paper rolls whenever you want. Employ MemmoPrint® sticky rolls on one occasion and transparent rolls on another occasion. There is no requirement to wait until the rolls are completely used up, you can reuse them.

HOW LONG WILL THE PRINTS LAST?

The duration of paper retention can be influenced by exposure to sunlight. Under typical usage conditions, the length of time that paper can be retained ranges from a minimum of 8 years to a maximum of 20 years, depending on the type of paper used. Please consult the product page for paper rolls for more detailed information on retention time.

HOW MANY PICTURES CAN BE PRINTED FROM ONE ROLL?

Each roll allows for printing up to 100 pictures. Please note that the number may vary depending on the type of paper used. Refer to the description of the specific paper roll for more information.

HOW TO REPLACE A PAPER ROLL?

You need to study the instructions included in the kit. In any case, it is done very simply in a matter of seconds.

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

MemmoPrint® printer works with Phomemo app. You can find the App on Google Play or App Store.
Please note that the App is compatible with Android and IOS.

WHY DOES THE APP REQUIRES PHONE PERMISSIONS?

To enable the Voice QR code printing feature, the Phomemo app requires microphone permissions. Additionally, in IOS, location permission is necessary in App Store to search and connect the printer using Bluetooth.

HOW TO USE THE APP?

Using the App is very easy, in any case, the App itself will help you with tips at the beginning.

Our products have a 1 year limited warranty. We provide exchanges only for items that stop working. Product damage caused by clumsy handling or unconventional use is not covered. More details can be found in our warranty policy.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

Orders are usually shipped via USPS for the U.S. and TNT for the European Union. For Express Shipping, we use DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection, we cannot be held responsible for third party delays.

U.S - Minimum 6-12 business days to arrive at destination.

Canada, UK, Europe, Oceania, SE Asia - Minimum 6-12 business days to arrive at destination.

Rest of the world - Minimum 6-18 business days to arrive at destination.

ORDERS FULFILLMENT
In accordance with MemmoPrint®'s policy, we aim to ship your order either on the following day or the second working day after it is received. However, during periods of high demand such as new product announcements or big sales events, shipping may be delayed by a few extra days as we work to fulfill a large influx of orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your package has been marked as shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. To keep track of your order, you can visit our order tracking page. Alternatively, you can use your order number and email to track the progress of your shipment. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for the tracking number to reflect any updates. If you require more information, please consult our Shipping Policy.

WILL I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive two transactional emails from us. The first email will serve as a confirmation and will include your unique order number. The second email, which will be sent once your item has been dispatched, will contain your tracking number.

WHAT IF ONE OR MORE ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM THE ORDER RECEIVED?

Upon receiving your MemmoPrint® order, please note that if it includes a complimentary roll of thermal paper, it is typically pre-installed within the printer and ready for use. Before reaching out to us regarding any missing free paper rolls, we recommend checking the designated location first. For any other issues, we will assess the package's weight as it was shipped to you and promptly send a replacement for any missing item(s).

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY PACKAGE?

If you encounter an issue upon receiving your package, kindly reach out to us within 7 days. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a video of the packaging along with the faulty item and your order confirmation number. This will enable us to expedite the exchange process.
