Refund/Exchange

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all original accessories to be accepted. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. The cost of initial shipping is USD $15.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our team may request additional photos or videos of the issue in order to process your claim. If you want to exchange it for another item, mail us back your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING
Order being returned to MemmoPrint ® must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Please contact us within the return period to obtain an RMA number. If you are shipping an item over USD $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
MemmoPrint ® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MemmoPrint ® will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
